What's included for golf courses

Not a subset — the whole product, wrapped in golf language.

Tee sheet with priority windows

15-minute tee intervals out of the box. Members book their tier window (14 days for full, 10 for weekday, 7 for junior). Public books green fees on top.

Green-fee rate card

Weekday, weekend, twilight × member, guest, public, junior, senior, corporate. Different cards for 18-hole, 9-hole, driving range and sim bays.

Driving range + sim bays

Bookable as separate resources with their own rate cards and hourly slots. One-click switch between tee sheet, range, sim from the customer's browser.

Lessons with the pro

Per-pro, per-type, per-duration rate card. Customer picks a pro from the storefront, books the slot, pays online. Stripe payout direct to the course.

Ancillaries at checkout

Cart hire, buggy, range balls, meal packages. One invoice, one payment. Guest fees roll onto the member's monthly statement automatically.

Blockouts + tournaments

Club championship Saturday? Add a blockout with the reason. Members' comp only? Toggle "public-only blockout" — members still book.

Stripe Connect payments

Customer pays online at checkout, funds land in the course's Stripe account, Bookley takes no cut. Standard Stripe fees apply.

Monthly member billing

Annual dues, guest fees, cart hire, meals — all roll up on one monthly statement per member. Auto-charge via Stripe or run a manual review.

Golf-course FAQ

The questions we hear most often from courses evaluating Bookley.

Can we run 10 or 15-minute tee intervals?

Yes. Tee interval is a workspace setting — set it once, the tee sheet grid uses it everywhere. 10 and 15 are the common values.

Can members book earlier than the public?

Yes — each membership tier has its own booking window days. Full members book 14 days out, weekday 10, junior 7, public 7. The storefront gates automatically.

Do we pay per player or per round?

No. One flat monthly fee per course, unlimited tee times, members, guests, lessons and rounds. No usage-based markup, ever.

Can we take payments online, or is it pro-shop only?

Both. Connect Stripe (three-minute onboarding) and every tee-time and lesson booking can be paid at checkout, direct into your Stripe account. Or leave Stripe unconnected and pay-at-the-pro-shop is the default.

Can we sell range balls and cart hire alongside green fees?

Yes. Ancillary SKUs (cart, buggy, range balls, meal package) get attached at checkout. One invoice, one payment. Guests' fees roll onto the member's monthly statement.

What about tournaments and comp days?

Add a tee-sheet blockout with a reason ("Club Championship 2026"). Set "public only" if members should still book — public sees "Course closed" at that time on the storefront.

Can lessons and tee times use the same payment flow?

Yes. Same Stripe Connect account, same abandoned-checkout sweep. Metadata tags each booking as tee_time or lesson so your ops team can filter.

Do we get a customer-facing storefront?

Yes — a public URL at /book/<your-slug>/. Tee sheet, range, sim, lessons all reachable. Your logo, your accent colour. Members log in for their priority slots.

Ready to see it wired up for your course?

3 months free. Set up your tee sheet, invite a handful of members, run one weekend. Decide from there.
